| 摘 要： | 分析资源对城乡统筹的重要作用、重庆城乡统筹面临资源短缺和不平衡的现实状况,以及重庆高等教育的资源优势,提出实施智力转化工程、人力资源开发工程、产学研联姻工程、校际整合工程、共享保障工程是促进重庆城乡统筹的有效途径。
