社会主义市场经济与人类新文明的构建

资本主义通过市场经济创造了近代文明，资本主义文明是由资本逻辑造就的文明，是极少数金钱巨鳄、资本新贵统治世界的文明，是靠垄断称霸世界的文明，是绝大多数人陷入贫困阶层的文明。社会主义与市场经济有机统一的社会主义市场经济，创造了人类文明新形态；其提高了财富的增长速度及人类对财富的控制能力，建构了自由、平等、公正、法治的市场文明，倡导共同富裕。由此，深化改革开放，坚持社会主义制度，发挥市场经济的效率优势，成为创新和培育人类新文明的基本方略和路径。

Socialist Market Economy and Construction of New Human Civilization

Capitalism has created modern civilization through the market economy. Capitalism civilization is a civilization created by the logic of capital, a civilization dominated by a handful of money giants and new capital upstarts, a civilization dominated by monopolies, and a civilization in which the vast majority of people fall into poverty. Socialist market economy, which organically integrates socialism with market economy, has created a new form of human civilization. It has increased the growth rate of wealth and the ability of human beings to control wealth, constructed a market civilization of freedom, equality, justice and the rule of law, and advocated common prosperity. Therefore, deepening reform and opening up, adhering to the socialist system and giving full play to the efficiency advantages of the market economy have become the basic strategy and path for innovation and cultivation of new human civilization.
