| 摘 要： | 根据“双创”背景的形势需求，分析了高校创新创业师资队伍普遍面临的内部发展体系不够成熟、师资整体实力有待提高和教师实际投入不够充分等问题。以上海理工大学为例，从顶层设计、制度保障、发展平台等方面探索了“理念为先导、投入为基础、能力为关键”的创新创业教育师资队伍建设模式的创建和实践成效。

| Abstract: | In the new era of widespread entrepreneurship and innovation,some problems emerge in the development of entrepreneurship and innovation education,such as the immature internal development system,insufficient overall strength of teachers and inadequate input from teachers.Taking University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an example,this paper illustrates its top-level design,institutional guarantee and development pattern,and explores the faculty team development pattern,emphasizing such concept as teaching philosophy,basic inputs,key abilities,and promoting further development of entrepreneurship and innovation among the faculty members. |
