一个风险举动：强迫推行引注式学术研究体例

公开或潜在地强迫推行某种学术研究方式也就是在为学术研究立法。这种立法权力只能触及纯粹的认识形式,而不能涉足认识内容。分析表明,引注在本质上仅仅是一种表征学术道德和思想史联系的纯粹技术手段,一旦将其提升为普遍的学术研究体例便跨入了内容立法范围。如果不当地为学术研究确立了某种强制性思维规范,则不但直接在形式上违背了严格的理性精神,陷入认识的不安全状态,而且极有可能对认识活动造成实质性伤害,即注定把认识引向偏离相对特定认识任务的正确轨道的方向,降低认识效率,甚至根本消解认识创新的可能性。中国学术研究中客观存在的创新不足现象是否与学术研究体例信条有关亟待反思。
