| Abstract: | Developing the life-long education has the same important meaning both for the developed countries and the developing countries because the strategic role of education for the social development becomes more and more important. We must realize the integration and communication of every education, encourage the social members to take part at the maximum, build and perfect the evaluating system of the learning income in order to developing the life-long education. |
