| 摘 要： | 甘肃中部地区曾经是“桑麻翳野,牛羊塞道”的繁荣富庶之地,是中华民族的发祥地之一,但由于长期受到不合理人类活动的影响,逐渐演变为山秃水枯、沟壑纵横,水土流失严重的生态脆弱区。建国后50多年间,该地区的生态环境保护和建设功不可没,但由于多方面的原因,出现了人工林成活率低、保存率低、生长率低的“三低”现象。为了保证我们“再造西北秀美山川”的伟业得以顺利推进,必须冷静地反思过去,总结经验,积极探索,以期找到更加有效的实施方法。
