| Abstract: | The regulatiobn of natural person which is the principal regulation in modern civil law, together with its legal structure and the relation with other legal systems, reflects the civil legality's care of human nature. So, it is valuable to discuss the effect of the protection of the legal structure of natural person upon human nature from the view of the reasonable factors in buman nature. |
