网络集群的政治社会学:本质、类型与效用

本文从媒介传播个案分析入手,研究网络集群行为的政治社会学意义。研究者基于"魔兽世界玩家维权事件"及其集群行为案例的因果考察,指出:"相对剥夺"与冲突形成、催化因素与压抑心理、行动动员与集体爆发、协商规范与秩序重构,是集群事件发展四个阶段的特征及原因。进而,本文从协商民主的视角,阐明了网络集群可能具有的三种积极效用:有正当诉求的网络集群能够促进社会公正的产生;理性的网络集群对网民具有教育意义;网络参与协商的过程能够促使共同体意识的形成。为保证政府、媒体和网民三者共同正确对待网络集群、使之真正成为以民意表达促进社会和谐的有效途径,本文提出了六项基本处置原则。
