| Abstract: | Freshment being in the process of psychological reformation are in need of concern,guidance and approval.Through a variety of methods such as solicitude stimulation,participation stimulation,achievement stimulation and objective stimulation,tutors in higher educational institution can be successful in helping freshmen fuse into college life healthily and actively. |
