辅导员队伍“三化”建设研究

随着高等教育的大众化发展，高校辅导员队伍建设明显不能适应高校大学生思想政治教育的要求，为了保持高校的长期稳定和发展，如何创造性地建设一支高素质、高水平，职业化、专业化与专家化的辅导员队伍，成为高校专业人士关心的话题。结合工作实际，以打造职业化、专业化与专家化型辅导员队伍为目标，对高校政治辅导员队伍建设作了思考与探索，提出了实现辅导员队伍三化建设的途径。

Study on Building of College Tutor Team

With the popularization of higher education development, the building of the college tutor team obviously cannot meet the requirements of the ideological and political education. In order to maintain the long-term stability and development in university, how to build creatively a high-quality, high-standard, and professional and specialized tutor team has been a big concerned of the colleges. This treatise, combining with actual work, with the aim of creating a professional and specialized tutor team, makes a thinking and exploration into the construction of college tutor teams and suggests the ways for tutor team construction.
