东南亚早期区域合作析论

冷战时期,东南亚成为大国势力角逐的舞台。为抵制地区外大国的介入,东南亚地区初步进行了区域内部合作的尝试,东南亚联盟与马菲印多的先后建立,表明东南亚国家处理内部矛盾、协调区域安全的决心,虽然最终都失败了,但通过相互间的初步合作,增进了彼此间的了解和交流,获得了相互合作的经验。东南亚各国开始从他们共同的角度来考虑国家利益,并进行一些互助合作,这也为之后东盟的成立奠定了组织上和思想意识上的基础。

An analysis of the regional cooperation in Southeast Asia in the early period

During the Cold War,Southeast Asia was the very stage for the Western powers to contend for hegemony.To avoid interference by external powers regional cooperation was sought in this.The establishment of ASA and Maphilindo showed the determination to deal with conflicts between each other and to correspond with safety measure in Southeast Asia.Although it turned out to be a failure,the countries in this area have gained experience of cooperation and communication,ant began to consider the national interests from a communal perspective,which laid the ideological and organizational basis for the establishment of the ASEAN.
