| 摘 要： | 高新技术R&D项目中,信息管理的方法和水平日益成为项目成功与否的关键,而传统的项目沟通管理没有体现信息技术产生的深刻影响,也缺乏对信息管理方法的研究。本文通过对典型事例的研究,提出了项目信息优化管理的概念和实现信息优化管理的5项关键实践。
