| Abstract: | Different implications of English and Chinese animal words reflect different culture connotation between the two nations, which are revealed from the aspects of environment, habit, religion, values, etc. Analysing and studying the similarities and differences of English and Chinese animal words have practical significance in promoting English teaching and multicultural communication. |
