广播电视编导应用型人才培养模式的探索

进入到新世纪以来，我国大众传媒业迅猛发展，作为培养大众传媒人才的广播电视编导专业的学科培养模式至关重要。文章从广播电视编导应用型人才培养模式构建的定位依据与特色研究出发，根据社会对人才的需求变化以及学生个人需求的多样化，着重提出广播电视编导应用型人才的培养模式，实现强能力、宽口径的培养方式，以便及时为社会提供合格的广播电视行业的人才保障。
