Reflections on strengthening university's fixed asset management

As to the fixed asset management in university,there does exist several problems,such as the unsound administration organization and system,serious waste of unoccupied assets,weak daily management,and slack management of running fixed assets.In order to reinforce the university management of the fixed assets,we must enhance the management conscious of the university staff,improve management organization,establish the economic responsibility system,and improve the professional quality and management ability of the administrative personnel.
