Thinkings on Promoting the Process of Marketalization of Environmental Protection

At present, our environmental protection is basically a kind of governmental behavior under a plan system. Disadvantages of such mechanism become more and more obvious and have became a main factor of preventing the development of environmental protection.In order to achieve the goal of environmental protection policy stipulated in the Tenth Five year Plan and accelerate the development of our environmental protection undertakings, we must establish the market working mechanism .In this thesis,creative thinkings are put forward on promoting the process of marketalization of environmental protection, such as what kind of environmental protection market mechanism we should form and how to run it.
