和谐社会与表达自由、公民权利和利益协调

建立平等、互助、协调的和谐社会,一直是人类的美好追求.然而,有人类社会就会有矛盾和纷争,因此不存在绝对的"和",和谐社会是"和而不同"的价值观多元化的社会.和谐社会是表达自由的社会,是依法确立并保障公民权利的社会.和谐社会的根本是健全社会利益协调机制,有效控制社会利益冲突,维护社会秩序.因此,有效调节利益冲突或矛盾、控制有序社会之"熵",才是构建和谐社会之本.

Harmonious Society from the Viewpoint of Legal Sociology

Building a society of equity, mutual help and harmony between social members has long been a pursuit of humankind. However, as conflicts and disputes have always been unavoidable in human society, there is no absolute harmony in any society. Harmonious society is but a multi-valued society with "harmonious differences". Harmonious society is one in which people fully enjoy their freedom of speech and legal rights. The key to developing harmonious society is to perfect social interests regulating system, to prevent interest conflicts, and to keep social order.
