| 摘 要： | 言语行为理论的提出，使语言具有了三种功能描：描述世界，创造世界与心智加工，纠正了传统的语言单一功能，进一步明确了语言的重要性。本文对言语行为理论进行述评，并对该理论的价值与缺憾提出自己的一些看法与建议。

| Abstract: | The formation of the speech act theory has make clear the three functions of language as word - describing, World - creating and Psycho - processing, complemented the traditional viea of language as of single funtionk, made a fwrther clarification of The paper makes a critical review of speech act theory, pointing out the values and deficiencies of the theory. The paper also puts forward the author＇ s viewpoints for researchers to make relevant studies effectively. |
