| 摘 要： | 扩张企业是一个开放的复杂巨系统.企业扩张的复杂性来源于系统内部在构成上的复杂性变化、企业环境的复杂性、企业扩张过程的复杂性.扩张企业的复杂性特征主要表现为企业系统的开放性、扩张行为、过程、结果的非线性、不确定性、自演化和自催化机制以及自组织与他组织的统一性.对企业扩张的复杂性来源与复杂性特征进行分析有助于认识企业扩张的行为和现象,也可以为企业扩张战略选择与管理决策提供理论依据.
