| 摘 要： | 贸易政策是欧盟一系列超国家政策中最为完善的一项政策，其制订与实施的基点是保障和获取集团利益和国家利益，促进经济一体化的发展。通过保护市场、维护市场秩序、统一市场规则等，促进区内生产要素自由流动，提高集团在世界贸易中的地位。从“经济优先”这一对外政策的重要原则出发，欧盟通过贸易政策扩大它在国际事务中的影响与作用

| Abstract: | Trade policy is one of the perfect supernational policies of the EU. Its purpose is to ensure and obtain the national and group interests and to give impetus to the economic unification. By means of protecting markets, maintaining market order, and unify market regulations, the productive factors become free and the status of groups is improved in world trade. The EU is strengthening its influence and function in the world affairs through trade policies from the important principle of economic priority. |
