中国成长期民营企业集团的扩张冲动分析

随着经济体制改革的不断深入,民营经济现已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,其中,少数卓越的民营企业在历经艰险后发展成为民营企业集团,并进一步成长。由于我国民营企业集团发展背景的特殊性,以及集团内外部因素的综合作用,成长期的民营企业集团往往具有外部扩张的冲动。文章就民营企业扩张冲动的问题,对如何识别理性与非理性的扩张冲动,并就这种扩张的冲动进行管理进行了探讨。

Analyses of Chinese civilian-run groups' expanding impulses during their growing period

Civilian-run economy has become an important component of the Chinese national economy along with the continuous deepening of the Chinese economy system's reform.Having undergone a lot of difficulties and risks,a few outstanding civilian-run enterprises have developed into groups and are still growing further.Because of the peculiarities of the civilian-run enterprise groups' developing backgrounds in our country and their synthetical effects of the interior and exterior factors,there are usually externally expanding impulses for them.Aiming at the problem of the civilian-run enterprises' expanding impulses,this paper explores how to identify their rational and irrational characteristics as well as the management countermeasures for them.
