| 摘 要： | 现阶段,重点研究区域规划环评中循环经济理论的应用是非常重要的发展问题。研究前提应着重从循环经济理论进行分析,目的是探讨区域规划在我国产业结构中资源的利用率以及生产效率等方面产生的问题,并对区域规划环评中应用循环理念进行深入研究。在实际工作中的任务是,对物质流分析法、循环经济的框架模式、经济指标、区域生态的产物链等在区域规划中的应用进行科学、合理的研究,以期通过总结相对有效的结论,提高循环经济理论应用区域规划环评中的有效性。

| Abstract: | At this stage, the application focus on regional planning cycle environmental assessment of economic theory is a very important development. Research should focus on the premise of the analysis from the cycle of economic theory. The purpose is to explore the regional planning issues in China＇s industrial structure and production efficiency in the utilization of resources, etc. produced, and cyclic-depth study of the concept of regional planning EIA. In practical work tasks for material flow analysis, application of circular economy framework model, economic indicators, the product chain of regional ecological and other regional planning for scientific and rational study with by summing relatively effective conclusion application of economic theory to improve circulation regional Planning EIA effectiveness. |
