| 摘 要： | 二十世纪九十年代中国开始筹建证券市场,并已取得了举世瞩目的成就,但是由于我国经济环境、社会环境具有特殊性,使得现今证券市场中存在着不少弊端,这要求我们要把握历史时机,发挥我国巨大的经济潜力,开拓新的思路,保证我国证券市场顺利、稳定地向前发展。

| Abstract: | The Securities Market developed with the evolution of the market economy. The Government of China began to establish the market in the beginning of 19th decade of 20th century. After 13 years development, we acquired remarkable achievement. But the market still has some defects because of the particularity of the economic environment and the social environment. So we shall develop new thoughts to assure the securities market develop successfully in the future. |
