An Experimental Study of the Internally Motivated Learning in Football Training

There are two models of learning motivations, internally motivated learning and externally motivated learning. Application of the internally motivated learning in football training is an efficient way to improve students'health. It benefits the students in their development of sporting skills and stimulation of their learning motivation. The author suggests that the internally motivated learning model be practiced in physical education.
