| Abstract: | As one of the main contents of personnel system reform in colleges and universities,the distribution system reform should be carried out with emphasis on incentive for staff to offer opportunities for them to work out their potentialities.The new distribution system is expected to meet the criterion of market economy and knowledge oriented economy.It guarantees the production of staff with balanced structure and satisfying qualification. |
