| 摘 要： | 当前高校教师存在对思想政治教育态度淡漠、重视业务水平、轻视思想素质的提高、敬业意识淡漠、个人主义倾向严重等问题,通过"四抓"、"四促"可以提高高校教师思想政治工作的效果,提高高校教师的思想政治素质,从而为学校的改革、发展和稳定提供强有力的精神动力和思想保证.

| Abstract: | At present,there exist in college teachers' ideological and political quality some problems that merit our attention.In the light of the current situation of the teachers' ideology,we can adopt such measures as " four seizes" and " four promotes" to enhance the effect of ideological and political work among college teachers,and upgrade their idelolgical and political quality. |
