我国证券公司融资现状的考察与融资模式的选择

随着我国证券市场的快速发展 ,在目前银证分业的格局下 ,证券公司的融资问题已成为制约其自身发展的瓶颈。我国证券公司存在融资渠道缺乏和融资结构不对称的融资缺口 ,现有融资模式的局限性是我国证券公司融资缺口的主要原因。借鉴国外证券公司的融资模式 ,结合我国证券业的现状及发展趋势 ,建立专业化融资模式是我国证券公司融资模式的过渡性选择。
