| 摘 要： | 论述了企业集团预警管理的重要意义 ,并就企业集团内部识错、防错、辨错、纠错的“自组织”机制方法 ,介绍了企业集团双级预警管理的基本思想、基本原理、基本模型以及企业集团双级预警管理的指标体系 ,构建了企业集团预警管理的信号系统、预警管理组织机制 ,对企业集团的安全、有效运行具有一定的参考价值

| Abstract: | As the fault and the fluctuate of the management for enterprise groups cause serious damage, this article discusses the important role of forewarning management and the self organizing system to recognize, prevent, and correct fault. We are talking about not only the basic idea, basic principle, basic model and index series of double-forewarning management for enterprise groups, but also the signsystem and forewarning management organizing system, which guarantee the safe and effective operations of enterprise groups. |
