| 摘 要： | 行政执法职务犯罪是一种严重的腐败形式，主要类型有徇私型、交易型、占有型、渎职型和滥用型，其犯罪过程有其权力逻辑、制度逻辑和利益逻辑因素。预防和治理行政执法职务犯罪，应当创新执法体制，改进执法方式，强化执法责任。

| Abstract: | The official crime in administrative law enforcement is a type of severe corruption which includes favoritism,transaction,possession,malfeasance and abuse,caused by such factors as power,institution and interest.We should innovate systems of law enforcement,improve ways of law enforcement and strengthen responsibilities of law enforcement to prevent and curb official crimes in administrative law enforcement. |
