| 摘 要： | 非制度化政治参与是构建和谐社会进程中必须着手解决的重要问题之一。本文在对非制度化政治参与的形式、特征、影响等方面进行剖析的基础上,从主体和环境两个角度探讨了政治过程中引发非制度化政治参与的原因,进而尝试从制度建设方面提出一些对策思路。

| Abstract: | The non-institutionalization involvement is one of the key problems we must take care of in constructing harmonized socialist society.Based on the dissection of the form,feature and impact of the non-institutionalization involvement,this essay,from both the subjective and objective angles explored and discussed the causes of the non-institutionalization involvement resulted from political process,and further tried putting forth some countermeasures in institutional building. |
