| Abstract: | Keeping up with the times is the character of the Marxist theory. The thoughts of 'Three Represent's' reflect the Marxist theory of keeping up with the times. Only by conbining the Marxist basic principle with practice and using and developing Marxism can we insist on keeping up with the times and carry out the thoughts of Three Represent's. |
