高校饮食服务社会化监控机制研究

摘    要:高校饮食服务社会化是增加高校办学活力和我国市场经济发展的必然选择。随着高校饮食社会化改革逐步深入 ,建立健全科学完善的饮食服务监控机制显得尤为重要 ,本文通过分析高校饮食服务社会化改革后在监控机制上有待完善的种种方面 ,提出高校应成立专门的监控机构 ,并对监控机构的人员组成、职能以及监控机制等进行探讨。

Abstract:Socialization of catering service in colleges is an inevitable choice in the drive to re-vitalize institutions of higher learning and to develop the market economy in China. In this process, it is imperative to establish a sound and scientific supervision mechanism for the socialized catering service. This paper analyzes various imperfect aspects of the existing supervision system, proposed that a special supervision department should be established and discusses the functions of such a department, the composition of its functionaries and its supervision mechanisms.
