| 摘 要： | 环境可持续力是实现可持续发展最重要的变量之一。但是,什么是环境可持续力?如何度量环境可持续力?用什么方法来度量环境可持续力?解决好这些问题是可持续发展真正从概念到行动的关键。从环境可持续力的基本政策要素和环境可持续力的约束条件出发,构建环境可持续力的度量方法,是解决这个问题的一种新的尝试。

| Abstract: | Environmental sustainability is one of the most important variables for sustainable development. Yet, what is environmental sustainability? How can we measure it? And what method can we use to measure it? How to solve these problems is the key link to change from the concept of sustainable development to its practice. Based on the basie policies for environmental sustainability and the basie conditions for its limits, the measuring method for environmental sustainability is a new try to solve this problem. |
