我国可持续发展理论与实践中的几个问题

可持续发展理论已贯穿在我国社会主义经济制度的建立和体制改革过程中。可持续发展的价值观必须与时代和我国国情相一致。在可持续发展的价值观选择上，我们应建立：一、建立在天人制衡、协调发展基础上的生态文明观。二、追求以人的全面发展为目标的经济与社会协调发展观。三、承认物质、环境、知识与文化多元价值的新财富观。知识经济以可持续发展为特征，可持续发展依赖于知识经济的发展，我们应：一、大力发展网络技术,有效利用知识网络。二、以信息产业为主导产业,大力发展知识产业。三、提高环保产业的知识水平,大力发展绿色技术。四、开发人力资源,发展知识经济。未来我国经济可持续发展过程中，应注意：一、在发展途径上,要实施工业化与信息化同步推进的战略。二、提高企业的技术创新能力,提高国际竞争能力。三、开发人力资源。四、加强政府的宏观调控。五、重视环境与贸易的整合,在全球化进程中实现可持续发展。

Reflections on Some Theoretical and Practical Issues Concerning Sustainable Development of China

The theory of sustainable development has run through the establishment and reform of our socialist economic system.Values in terms of sustainable development must catch up with the times and suit the national conditions.This paper discusses some theoretical and practical issues concerning the sustainable development of China from the following three dimensions:knowledge economy and sustainable development;comparable industrial advantages and sustainable development;population,environment and sustainable development.
