| 摘 要： | 随着3G在高校校园应用,高校3G网络文化建设成为必须。与传统高校网络文化相比,高校3G网络文化有独特的自身特征和功能。高校3G网络文化建设要从精神文化入手,确立社会主义核心价值体系的主导地位,同时,要积极发挥制度的规范性和高校师生的主体性。

| Abstract: | The 3 G network culture construction must be built along with the application of 3 G in colleges and universities campus.Compared with the traditional network culture in colleges and universities,the 3 G network culture has its own unique characteristics and functions.In order to establish the leading role of the socialist core value system and give full play to the standardization of the system and the subjectivity of the teachers and students in colleges and universities,the 3 G network culture construction in colleges and universities should be started with spiritual culture. |
