对新农村建设中法文化建构的多维度考察

农村法文化的建构分别从促进传统农民向现代农民的转型、实现农村社区由权威性凝聚向法律型凝聚、推动传统城乡二元结构向现代城乡统筹一体化发展的转变三个层次上实现法律与农村的互动。建构农村法文化应主要依赖于以文化利益作为出发点、以文化动力作为驱动点、以文化和谐作为归宿点的路径选择。在建构模式上应采取有效整合微观、中观和宏观上的农民、农村社区、基层政府这三种力量，分别发挥其各自的比较优势，通过合作互补的创新机制实现农村法文化建构的现代化转型。

Research about How to Construct Rural Law Culture in New Country with Multianalysis

In the course of rural law culture construction,the interaction between law and country shoud be realized from prompting the change not only from traditional farmer to modern farmer,from the authoritative rural community to legal rural community but also from the change from dualistic society to uniform society.Rural law culture construction should be done with culture interests as the starting point,culture motive as the driving point and culture harmony as the ultimate.The construction mode should be about effective integration of the following three forces as farmers,rural community and grassroot government to ask them respectively develop their own merits.And change to rural law culture construciton shoud re realized by means of innovative mechanism.
