远视角下的统计数据生产及改革再思考

 基于主要国家的政府统计体制比较文献，通过抓住中西方统计的共性、重视基本差异，作者建立了5类9个模型，其中3个反映中国统计特殊性；加上反复的现实关照，得到统计效率公式、对中国统计体制及改革的基础性再认识。最后是结语，包括中国体制与西方的7个不同点。
