| 摘 要： | 内容提要：以中国从事原始创新研究工作的核心国家实验室即220个国家重点实验室为研究对象,构建了国家实验室在原始创新中作用的量化分析模型。分别以发明专利产出和基础研究成果为被解释变量，对国家实验室在原始创新中的作用进行处理，对以时间截面和连续序列的10个模型的数据进行了分析和研究。总体来看，国家重点实验室的性质，即从事基础研究还是应用研究对基础研究成果和发明专利产出均没有显著影响；国家重点实验室所属地区和主管部门的情况与此类似；而依托单位对基础研究成果和发明专利产出均具有显著的正向影响，表明依托于科研院所的国家重点实验室具有更好的基础研究成果和发明专利产出；此外，国家重点实验室的年龄对基础研究成果和发明专利产出也具有正向影响，说明国家重点实验室成立的时间越长，对产出的积极影响越大。
