| 摘 要： | 加快循环经济发展是我国新时期经济社会发展的一项重大战略举措。循环经济自进入中国以来,在理论和实践上的演进经历了三个阶段:国内专家学者引进循环经济理念,先进省市率先开展循环经济设计;国家环保总局在国内开展循环经济试点示范建设,掀起我国的循环经济热潮;循环经济进入国家决策,我国进入全面推行循环经济的新阶段。

| Abstract: | Since the concept of circulas economy was introduced into China,it has gone through three phases in theory and practice.After the concept of circular economy was introduced by Chinese scholars in 1994,some advanced provinces and cities took the lead in developing circular economy.With the experiments and demonstrations made by State Bureau of Environmental Protection in 1999,an upsurge of circular economy came into being.Being put into national strategy in 2004,circular economy was practised all over the country. |
