本文在大量文献综合分析的基础上,通过对组织生态学与企业生态学形成和发展的系统回顾,简要介绍了它们的主要研究内容和研究成果,同时对组织生态学与企业生态学在国内外的发展状况做了对比,提出了借鉴组织生态学的成果拓展企业生态学理论,增强企业与产业竞争力的研究方向的观点.

The development of the research on organizational ecology and enterprise ecology

By consulting a large number of literatures,this paper reviews the formation and development of the organizational ecology and the enterprise ecology,of which the main content and the achievement are briefly described.After analyzing the development of organizational ecology and enterprise ecology at home and abroad comparatively,and generalizing the research system of enterprise ecology,the paper points out the similarities and differences between organizational ecology and enterprise ecology and the research direction of reinforcing the competition power of industry and enterprise by combining the achievements of the organizational ecology into the enterprise ecology.
