基于制度变迁理论的高校教师聘任制度改革研究

摘    要:高校教师聘任制度改革是激励高校教师竞争力和活力的重要手段,也是建立现代大学制度的重要内容。诺斯制度变迁理论的提出较为有效地解释了西方世界近代市场经济兴起的成因,目前我国经济体制改革正处于攻坚阶段,教育作为立国之本,而将制度变迁理论引入到我国高等教育体制改革中,通过剖析目前我国高等教育管理体制和教师聘任制度所面临的主要问题,提出根据制度变迁理论中产权理论、国家理论和意识形态理论三位一体理论模型,制定我国高校聘任制度,确立改革方向,并提出有效的解决对策,以适应我国市场经济发展的需要。

Abstract:The innovation of teachers appointment system in universities is not only an important approach to stimulate the competitiveness and vitality of faculties in universities, but also a principal content in establishing the institution of modem universities. Northg theory of institutional change has played an important role in analyzing the western economic history. In this paper, the equity theory, state theory and ideology theory in North's theory of institutional change are employed to analyze the main problems in current employment system in universities. Furthermore, the corresponding direction and measures of further employment reform are proposed.
