着力构建学习实践科学发展观的三大重要机制

摘    要:着力构建学习实践科学发展观的动力机制、实践机制和监督考核机制对持续深入开展学习实践科学发展观活动具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。构建动力机制应该以符合科学发展理念的内在动力机制和体现科学发展目的的外在动力机制为基础,形成学习实践活动的强大推动力;构建实践机制应该以实现科学发展目标的开拓性实践机制和展示科学发展要义的跨越式实践机制为着眼点,为学习实践活动提供发展的动力;构建监督考核机制应该以保障科学发展进程的制度化监督体系和检验科学发展成就的标准化考核体系为落脚点,使学习实践活动获得坚强的保障。

Abstract:The construction of the mechanism of studying and practicing dynamic mechanism, the practice mechanism and the supervision and assessing the scientific concept of development is of great theoretical and practical significance to further study and practise the scientific concept of development activities continuously. Constructing the dynamic mechanism should accord with the internal dynamic mechanism and reflect the external dynamic mechanism of the scientific concept of development and form the impetus for the activity. Constructing the practice mechanism should be based on the groundbreaking practice mechanism of realizing scientific goals and the leap-forward practice mechanism of revealing the meaning of the scientific concept of development to promote the practice activities. Constructing the supervision and assessing mechanism should focus on safeguarding the supervision system of systemization of scientific development process and testing the assessing mechanism of standardization of scientific development success in order to protect studying and practising activities of the scientific concept of development.
