| Abstract: | Zhu Zhiyao was a typical figure of those who turned to be national capitalists from compradors.He invested and established a series of national industrial enterprises.He had a peculiar feature in his operation and took an active part in a series of political events in the last years of the Qing Dynasty and the early years of the Republic of China,and made positive contributions in them. |
