| 摘 要： | 研究生创新能力培养已成为当前我国高层次人才培养的热点问题.农科研究生的培养应以工作实践为基础.准确把握农业高校对学术创新的认识、研究生创新能力的结构与内涵.合理把握导师的不同角色,树立导师工作的新理念.同时,努力创建学科内部的学术自由环境.
