| 摘 要： | 赛珍珠的短篇小说存在着相当明显的结构模式,主要包括旧与新的理念冲突的文化模式,爱与恨情感交织的情节推进模式,日常生活与超常规传奇相交错的故事模式等。透过文本表层结构模式,则可感知创作者的深层心理结构,包括在时代大裂变中的文化立场,关爱弱势群体和普通平民的人文主义情怀,对建立在真诚相爱基础上的东方式家庭生活的执著追求,模仿中国小说所体现出的美学追求等。

| Abstract: | In Pearl S.Buck's short stories,there are several remarkable structural patterns,such as the cultural pattern of conflict between old and new ideas,the plot pattern of interwoven emotion between love and hate,and the story pattern of everyday life and extraordinary legend.In these surface structural patterns lies Buck's deep psychological structure: her cultural position in transitional times,her humanism towards common people,her seeking for the Oriental family life based on sincere love,and her aesthetic seeking in imitating Chinese novels. |
