摘    要:近年来,人们十分注重对驰名商标的保护,随着经济的发展和驰名商标价值的不断上升,对驰名商标的特殊保护有扩大的趋势.但是法律对任何权利的保护都必须要遵循一定的原则以平衡个人与社会的利益.因此对驰名商标的保护不可能无限度地扩大,其权利同样也受到一定的限制.

Abstract:In recent years, people pay attention to protect the well-known brand and the special protection for the well-known brand has been enlarged with the development of economy and the value of the well-known brand. However, the protection of all rights in law should abide by some principles which could balance the benefits between individuals and the society. Therefore, the protection of well-known brand couldn't be enlarged unlimitedly. The right of protection should be under limitation as well.
