全球化背景下我国对外传播“内外有别”原则的困境与出路

摘    要:"内外有别"是对外宣传和传播的原则之一。它的核心内容强调两点:对外传播受众的差异性和传播信息的针对性。历史上它曾对党和国家的对外传播工作起了积极作用,在当时实行这一原则既具有可能性也具有可行性。但在全球化背景下,我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和网络社会的崛起等诸多变化给这一原则带来了新的挑战。将"内外有别"作为一项长期的战略而不是一项具体实施的战术是应对上述挑战的有效对策。
