试析制度现实主义对中美新型大国关系和国际法的影响

制度现实主义是现实主义向自由主义的有限靠近。它是中美两国的现实抉择，它为中美新型大国关系提供了理论依据和行动指南。它有利于促进国际法所蕴含的正义价值观的发展、国际立法重心的转变、凸显国际法的“法律”本质、和平解决国际争端、保障国际法的运行以及更好地理解国际法现象。尽管制度现实主义没有完全摆脱现实主义的本质，但至少就目前而言，它对中美新型大国关系和国际法的积极影响大于消极影响。
