| 摘 要： | 1962年，国际法院把柏威夏寺判归柬埔寨，柬泰双方的领土争端暂时平息了下来。2008年，两国再一次爆发了领土争端，双方冲突不断升级，最终爆发了小规模的军事冲突。历史原因和两国国内政治是导致柬泰双方的领土争端和争端升级最主要的原因。柬泰双方由于领土争端造成的冲突对两国关系和争端地区人民的收入造成了严重的影响。作为东盟成员国，两国的行为对东盟的发展也造成了消极影响。

| Abstract: | In 1962, the International Court of Justice awarded ownership of Preah Vihear Temple to Cambodia and the territorial dispute between Cambodia and Thailand calmed down for the time being. In 2008, territorial dispute about the border region between the two countries started once again. The conflict escalated, and eventually small - scale military conflict broke out, which owed much to the historical reasons and domestic political situations of the two countries. The Cambodian - Thai territorial dispute has had negative impacts on their relationship and on the income of the people in the region of dispute. Further, because the two countries are members of ASEAN, their dispute and conflict have had a poor impact on the ASEAN＇s development. |
