论贸易全球化的政治经济学

贸易全球化是以利润和市场为导向的经济的必然发展趋势 ,根源在于生产和市场矛盾 ,基本的规律是国际价值规律。全球化在解决国内市场问题的同时 ,也带来国家间的利益冲突 ,而受国际价值规律支配的国际分工则使发达国家和发展中国家的差别固化甚至扩大。发展中国家要想在全球化过程中赶上发达国家 ,就不能使自己的经济完全受国际价值规律的支配。

On the Political Economics of Trade Globalization

Trade globalization is an inevitable trend of profit-and market-oriented economy. It originates from the contradiction between production and market and its basic law is the international value law. While solving the domestic market issue, globalization can also bring in conflict between national interests. On the other hand, international division of labor, governed by the international value law, solidify and even enlarge the gaps between industrialized countries and developing countries. To keep abreast of developed countries in the process of globalization, developing countries must ensure that their economies not be fully controlled by the international value law.
